Material and labour, for post construction, anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for anti termite treatment, treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sunken slab filling mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for, Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing false ceiling with 12 mm thick Gypsum board in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid made of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sq m including both sides) of 600 mm pitch standard, consisting of GI main -T runners (size 24 mm x 38 mm, minimum 0.33 mm thick sheet) spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, suitably spaced at joints to get required length 1200 mm long, and GI Cross 'T' of size 24 mm x 28 mm made out of minimum 0.33 mm thick sheet spaced @ 600 mm centre to centre, and form grid of size 1200 mm x 600 mm. Note : Cost of gypsum boards, false ceiling grid with suspenders and Putty shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Galvanized iron perimiter wall angle of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre, 40 mm long dry wall stainless steel screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Ceiling Tile shall be of 15 mm thick densified tegular edged light weight calcium silicate of Make Aerolite or techno commercial equivalent.

Material and labour, for 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing completeedges made half round, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (area of tile exceeding 0.06 sq m and not exceeding 0.11 sq m) laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.11 sq m and not exceeding 0.18 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Flooring with polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , laid on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick / stone masonry, concrete, asbestos cement plastered surfaces any description and applying two coats of plastic emulsion over a coat of plaster primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old plastered surfaces, applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces, applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 over new surfaces

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Stop valves, fancy type with CP wall flanges, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with long shank and exposed part kit with fittings sleeve, operating lever concealed part screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, including making good the disturbed portion matching with adjacent surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable EWC, supply and fixing new Vitreous china snow white colour floor mount type European Water Closet of size 520 x 360 x 390 mm with PVC seat cover and 'P' trap, fixing at a distance of 300 mm from wall with bolt including connection with flushing cistern, seat cover and with outlet pipe complete all as per Model CONVENTIONAL, Cat Part Nos B1510101 & S1050102 of CERA Make or equivalent in other makes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white colour 'Orissa pattern' squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm with PVC 'P' or 'S' trap and integral foot rest complete, all as per Cat No .S3010102 of CERA make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified connected to existing flush pipe including provision of cement concrete bedding all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC valve less, syphonic action type, white colour flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and jointing with existing flush pipe and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as per Model No: CIENA PREMIUM Cat Part No B1010102 of CERA Make or equivalent in other makes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, PVC connecting pipe 600 mm long 15 mm dia both ends having brass coupling nut and PVC washer after taking down old connecting pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid under floors or in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 39 here-in-above, but of 110 mm dia UPVC SWR Pipe.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid on walls, fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.
