Supply,install, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire engine as per BS 5514/ IS 10002 and alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy and foundation etc for capacity 125 KVA as per ISO - 3046/BS 5514 conforming to the detailed specification as under. a) Engine : The Diesel Engine with AMF Panell shall be radiator water cooled, 125 kva at 1500 RPM. Starting stopping : Electrical start with 12 V DC 1 x 90 AH, 12 V Exide / Prestolite Low Maintenance Battery, The fuel tank provided shall be suitably mounted on the base frame fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheets and capacity to run the genset for 8 to 12 hours continuously on full load. Fuel tank shall have Drain plug, Hand hole for cleaning, vent breather, fuel suction and return connections, fuel level indicator fuel filling neck with cap etc as per the standards. The engine and alteranator shall be directly coupled to ensure perfect alignment. The engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common base frame with AVM pads all as per manufracturer GREAVES Power/CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR / GREAVES. (b) Alternator : Rating 100KW / 125 KVA at 1500 RPM 415 V Phase to Phase and 240 Volt Phase to Neutral, 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire system , Solid state Voltage Regulator, (+/-) 1 Voltage Regulation,Automatic voltage regulator, alternato Screen protected / drip proof, self ventilating, self excited, self regulated, brushless, contineous duy protentionh IP 21 as per IS 13364 developing 125 KVA at 0.8 PF. It shall have provision for 10% overload for one hour on every 12 hours, The alternator shall confirm to IS : 13364/BS5000 Make : GREAVES Power/ KIRLOSKAR / CROMPTON. (C) Controls/Protection : (i) Low LOP fault indication (ii) Indication for Water Temparature, (iii) High Colant Temparature fault Indication, (iv) Failure to start fault indication (v) Battery Volage monitoring, (vi) Low Battery Indication, (vii) Fuel level Indication, (viii) Engine RPM meter, (ix) Engine run hours meter, (x) Voltage for all three Phases, (xi) Amper meter for measuring current in all three phase. (xii) Frequency meter indication, (xiii) Protection for Over/Under Voltage (xiv) Protection for Over/Under Voltage (xv) Electronic tamper proof KWH meter 3 phase, 4 wire system with suitable ratio CTs. (xvi) Oveload protection (xvii)Suitable capacity of Battery charger shall be provided in the control panel to charge the batteries when mains supply in availbale. (d) Acoustic enclosure : (i) Shall be meticulously designed CNC Turret punch press and hydraulic press brake manufactured body out of corrosion resistant cold rolled steel 16 SWG CRCA / MS sheet duly surface treated phosphated and finally powder coated constructed from folded sections to ensure rigidness and aesthetic in looks. Canopy panel and doors shall have High density/ fire retardant / non igniting and noise reduction type Foam or Resin bonded Rock wool of suitable density properly covered with fibre cloth / tissue and perforated fixed to absorb noise. The average sound level when measured in Greenfield (ISO 8525 Part 10) at 1 meter distance from all four sides shall be less than 75 dB (A) average as per CPCB Norms The average stabilised hot air temperature rise with the canopy near suction air filter to be maintained 7 degree centigrade over and above the ambient temperature. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy one door shall have glass window for control panel. The exhaust gasses shall be taken out through a suitable flexible pipe to prevent any back pressure on the engine. Provision shall be made on the canopy for connecting the output cable termination. (ii) The exhaust system and noise suppressor shall be provided with thermal insulation, to prevent excess heat radiation on the Engine and safe for operator. (iii) Absorption type non residential silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the Engine. (iv) A suitably designed draught ventilation system is to be incorporated. Make: Kirlosker green / Jackson / Powerwool. (e) DG power Control Panel : (i) Shall be outdoor type sheet steel type cubicle type control panel ,floor standing, dust and vermin proof under normal conditions complete with all internal wiring & will house the following:- (a) AC voltmeter (b) AC ammeter (c) vibrating reed Frequency meter (d) Indicating Lamps for SET ON & LOAD ON (e)MCCB for short circuit & Overload Protection (f) Aluminium Bus bars of adequate rating (g) Provision for bottom entry & Exit of power cabling (g)set of current transformer (h) set of control fuses. (e) DG power Control Panel : (i) Shall be outdoor type sheet steel type cubicle type control panel ,floor standing, dust and vermin proof under normal conditions complete with all internal wiring & will house the following:- (a) AC voltmeter (b) AC ammeter (c) vibrating reed Frequency meter (d) Indicating Lamps for SET ON & LOAD ON (e)MCCB for short circuit & Overload Protection (f) Aluminium Bus bars of adequate rating (g) Provision for bottom entry & Exit of power cabling (g)set of current transformer (h) set of control fuses

M&L PCC type D2 (1:4:8, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), for foundation as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation top/ floor and finishing cement conerete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet Metal enclosures 4 Pole of capacity 200 Amps as specifed and directed.Make L& T Cat Part No-CO22000OSOO or Legrand or Havells

Shifting of old BER DG Set 125 KVA from MH Upper block sub-station to AGE E/M Store yard, GE shillong as specifed and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. RCC cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
