Construction of 9" thick padestal of standard design and patter including fixing foundation stone of standard (to be laid seperately) in brickwork 1:6 mix, tile work of standard quality on fromand sides only, support on cement concrete foundation (9" depth) of appropriate size resting on 6" thick stone soling including excavation , finishing, curing, carriage of materials, all leads and lifts complete job as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Construction/Manufacturing and supply of wooden pedestal made of Russian wood fame work of 2"x 5" of appropriate design, pattern and stability with proper foot rests as per directions of Engineer in charge finished with teak lminated sheet over 12mm thick plyboard including necessary beading and nails etc for fixing of foundation stone (to be paid seperately) incl. carriage back to departmental store.

Supply and fixing charges for fixing of foundation stone in wooden pedestal.

Supply of Granite stone (16mm thk) of appropriate size, colour and of standard quality with necessary engraving and lettering including finishing, all carriage involved complete job

Supply of artificial compsit marbal/ granite board (16mm thk) as foundation stone of appropriate size, colour and of standard quality with necessary engraving and lettering including fixing in wooden pedestal, finishing, etc. Complete job

Supply of curtain of approved quality, pattern, size, colour and design including all fixtures for foundation/inauguration stone as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge Incl. carriage to departmental store with installation of same.

Hire and labours charges for errection of kanth for side pavilion of superior quality/size of superior colour to be erecting prior to function as per requirement on the designated site all complete upto required height upto 8 Ft erected with bamoo posts and tied with ropes including General watch and ward all leads lifts and carriages both sides complete job. Including removal of the same after concluding of function.

Hire and labours charges for errecting of Shamiyana including providing of Crewal on walls and ceiling of required quality with Kanth for VIP stage and fixing with ceiling and pillers including General watch and ward and removal of same after clebration incl. supporting members of bemboo/ pipes tied with ropes and other tools required with hire and labour charge of carpets of superior quality and all carriages to and for all leads and lifts complete required size as directed by Engineer in charge complete job.

Hire and labours charges for errecting of water proof Shamiyanal with bamboo/ pipe posts and tied with ropes and other tools required including lining for sides/ ceiling including with kanath and finished with dragget sheets including general watch and removal of same complete as directed by Engineer in charge complete job.

Hire and laying charges of Tripal including carriages complete as directed by Engineer in charge complete job.
