M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as directed by engr in charge

S&F machine made precast cement concrete blocks M 35 (interlocking paves) of 60mm thick with 6mm top layers of colour rubrised ante abrasive material laid over sand cushion . The interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic colour tiles of area of each tile exc .11 Sqm but n exc exc .18 Sqm and 6 to 7 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic colour tiles size 450 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including10 mm thick rendering of mortar as in backing coat of tiles on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring ,stair case step etc over screed bed base ,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing with & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 Sqm cm superfical area and not exc one brick depth) using bricks bats / aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to distributed portion and applying two coat of cement base paint to match the existing surfaces up to forth floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) Roof, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required complete all as a specified and as directed..
