(ii) Rates must be quoted for all the columns & boxes of price bid.

(iii) The rates for 0-10 km slab will be Flat/Fixed Rate i.e. Rs. Per Quintal & for other slabs is Rs. per Quintal per Km.

(iv) The transportation rate is to be calculated for total distance on the basis of slab in which the destination falls i.e. on direct slab basis.

(v) If the amount of transportation charges per Quintal calculated for the lowest distances in a particular slab are lower than the transportation charges per Qtls. calculated for any destination for the preceding distances slab then for those destinations th
