Providing shuttering with bamboo, tin plates to avoid collapse ofexcavated stacked earth in excavated trench. Continuous shuttering ofheight 2m & requierd length on each side of the trench is to be made toprevent collapse of trench. Length of shuttering will be decided as persite requirement and as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.
Removal of logged or seepage water by continuous dewatering with pump orby manually as required till the rectification of all work is done as per direction ofEIC/ Site Engineer and requirement of site.
Taking MS pipes from owner's store at PHBPL Barauni for preparationof half cut Casing Pipes. The pipe is to be cut into halves of requiredlength and circumference as per direction, preparation of bevel end, the half cut Pipes are to repositioned around the existing pipe, welding of halves between themselves, complete including providing andsupplying all required manpower, machineries, consumables etc., as perdirection of EIC/ Site Engineer. Payment shall be made as per 'runninglength of weld'.
HDPE 18" & 12 " Casing Insulator (Interlocking type without metalic nut and bolts) including fitting of the same at every meter as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.(48.4 for 18" and 24.2 for 12")
Supply & installation of casing end seal as per technical specification, End seal for carrier pipe having size 18" & casing having size 24".
End seal for carrier pipe having size 12" & casing having size 18".
