S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any design/colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with washer and self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Preparation of Old steel surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

S&F rolled section as in end purlins, rafters to receive galvalume boarding, roof or wall cladding fixed with self tapping screws, fastenings and bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections of Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) qualit-A including distance pieces, cleats etc.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts as any height as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M/L for PCC 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) for PCC padding on RCC roof surface finished even and smoother using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer

Dismantling Mangalore pattern roofing tiles single layer including ridge tiles.

Dismantling battens for tiles any size exceeding 15cm in spacing.

Dismantling wooden fillets in rafter purlins etc unframed work under 40 sq cm in sections.

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position fixed with nails.

S&F 0.63mm thick corrugated galvanised mild steel sheeting with zinc coating of 120 gram/SqM, grade 'O' with two corrugation side lap, with corrugation of grade 'B' 12.5mm depth fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roofs, walls etc.

All as per item no 6 above but fixing only in repairs Old CGI sheet

S&F 0.80 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with zinc coating 120 gram/SqM grade 'O'. Note :- Plain area will be measured for payments irrespective of curve/velly

M&L ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 using class 'AA' tiles.

Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors/ walls etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work in single piece (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade over and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M &L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut, hand dressed kota stones in floors over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc complete.over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

S&F for Renewing glazed wall tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq. m. including cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed, removing rubbish and replacing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings, etc. and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete
