1. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 2 x 250 TR Central Air-conditioning Plant complete as per technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance as per technical specification enclosed in the tender document, repair and replacement of any item/part related to the plant complete as required (The scope of work does not includes maintenance /repair /replacement of any item/part related to various pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, pipelines,valves and all electrical panels associated with AC Plant etc. which are covered under Item No- 03 below).
2. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 2x 120 TR Central Airconditioning Plant complete as per technical specifications mentioned in the tender document.The scope of work includes preventive maintenance as per technical specification enclosed in the tender document, repair and replacement of any item/part related to the plant complete as required. (The scope of work does not includes maintenance / repair / replacement of any item/ part related to various pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, pipelines, valves and all electrical panels associated with AC Plant etc. which are covered under Item No- 03 below).
3. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of all the balance items / accessories related to the above mentioned Central AC plants i.e. (2 X 250 TR) and (2 X 120 TR) like Chilled water & condensor water pump sets, 4 No.x320 Tr. Cooling Towers, AHUs/FCU of various capacities , all electrical panel boards alongwith switch gear of all ratings associated with AC Plant, control panels, associated chilled water and condenser water pipelines & valves, all ducting,grills, fire dampers etc complete as required as per technical specifications enclosed in the tender document.
4. Operation of the above mentioned (2 x 250 and 2 x 120 TR) complete Central Air-conditioning Plant and other associated equipment mentioned at item No.3 above on all working days i/c holidays round the clock(in 03 shifts).The contractor shall deploy the following manpower in each shift : (a) A/C Operator cum Mechanic( Skilled) - 1No.in each shift . (b) A/C Operator cum Electrician( Skilled) - 1No.in each shift.
SPARES / ACCESSORIES (AS AND WHEN REQUIRED)
5. Supply and installation of Honeycomb PVC Fills each of size 600mm x 300mmx 150mm, suitable for cooling tower having heat rejection capacity 9,71,500 K.Cal/hr (minimum) of make ADVANCE2020 Model No TM144 installed for HVAC plant at NATS Complex including removal and disposal of old Fills out side the NATS complex etc as per EIC satisfaction.
6. Supply of Box Type Pre Filters in GI frame of Synthetic (non woven type) of efficiency 90% down to 10 micron of different sizes as below suitable for Zeco Make Air Handling Units of various capacities installed at NATS complex .
6(a) Filter of Size 610 mm x 610 mm x 50 mm .
6(b) Filter of Size 610 mm x 305 mm x 50mm .
6(c) Filter of Size 305 mm x 305mm x 50mm .
7. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 way Modulating valve of PN 10 for AHUs with integrated 2 way modulating Control valves in a single body, modulating thermostat of various sizes. (Make : Rapid Control). It includes the dismantling of existing valve.
