Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel/mild steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 5 above but fixing only.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvaised chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS-1786 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain mild steel wire of 2.50 mm dia, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 12 above but except material.

Taking out loose/spalled out waste material by chiselling chippings etc from beam, wall, columns, band etc. including use and waste of form work and providing steel wire fabric mesh of size 75mm X 75mm of dia 3.15mm fixed by L shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement and providing 75mm thick concrete (1:1.5:3) type A-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of 10mm maximum size mixed with admixture with pressure nozzle (guniting) and finishing the surface in CM (1:3) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all form work and scaffolding or other handy T&P required to make up proper shape and size of columns/ Pillars, beam and wall partition etc. at any height & location.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry in portions built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of of stone / boulder masonary , built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing cement mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Removing mortar from and cleaning stones obtaned from masonary built in cement mortar of any description (excluding ashlar masonary) and stone set pavings stacing for measurement incl all extra handling and removal and desposing off rubbish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, brought upto course well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 21 above but except stone.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 23 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendring 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified & directed. Note : Inner girth shall only be measured.

All as per item No 28 but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade /camoflauge pattern wherever required on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surface, preparing plastered or unplastered surface, applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parpets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 50 mm HDPE pipe of pressure rating not less than 6 Kgf per squre cm to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes any dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 300 dia , class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes & completely surrounding pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 450 dia , class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-20 for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting openings through walls built in cement mortors for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, etc., or cutting out defective masonry for underpinning including providing, fixing and removing, shoring, cleaning and stacking stone and removing surplus to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide primer after preparing old painted surfaces by scrapping and rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide primer after preparing new and untreated surfaces by scrapping and rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders in hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors/sub bases etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand for filling under floors, spreading and levelling in layers 25 mm thick including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, coloured rubber laminated finish, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine factory made PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 150 mm set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment over 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
