Removing old layers of paints by scrapping with metal wire brush and suitable tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower and applying one coat of 40 micron dry film thickness of Apcotrak IS of Asian or Berger road marking paint, water based matt finished as per IS-164 of white, Golden yellow, Deep orange, Red and Black in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, circle, triangle etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with Mechanical pavement marking machine Graco Line Lazer V 5900 with two Guns or equivalent or higher capable to work. (Airless spray applications as per IS-164/RM-164) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

All as per Item No. 01 here-in-before but exceeding 10 cm and not exceeding 20 cm in width as in Borders to Painting/ Taxi Line/ Guide Line.

M&L Preparation of new or untreated surfaces and priming with primer paint and applying one coat of 40 micron dry film thickness each coat of Apcotrak IS of Asian or Berger Road marking paint , water based matt finished as per IS-164 of white, Golden yellow, Deep orange, Red and Black in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, circle, triangle etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with Mechanical pavement marking machine Graco Line Lazer V 5900 with two Guns or equivalent or higher capable to work (Airless spray applications as per IS-164/RM-164) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

Note : Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete/ bituminous pavements and roads by cleaning with metal wire brushes, brooms and finally dusting with a piece of cloth /rags and applying one coat of white wash on surfaces exc 10 cm width on lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

Preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping with metal wire brush and suitable tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as in lines, dashes letter etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with white/black/red/yellow/orange or any other approved tint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

All as per Item No. 01 here-in-before but exceeding 2.5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm in width.

All as per Item No. 03 here-in-before but exceeding 2.5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm in width on new or untreated surfaces.

All as per Item No. 06 here-in-before but exceeding 2.5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm in width.

Cutting of Grass Shurbs, Weeds, Bushes, Vegetations, etc. with the help of Bush Cutting Machine including small trees girth up to 30cm and stacking into Heaps and Removal of Outside the AIR FORCE PREMISES along the Sides of Runway, PTT , Links, etc. carefully all as required, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE: (a) The height of grass shrubs, weeds, bushes vegetation etc should not exceed 200mm after cutting and it shall measured in Pocket wise which includes cutting of edges in drain/PTT/ any area other than grass surfaces in Pocket and removal of stacked heaps.(b) Measurement for payment shall made be after execution of above mentioned requirement in pocket wise.(c) Pocket/Task area shall be decided and directed by Engineer in Charge. (c)Quoted rate are included for grass cutting anytime during of the period of completion.(d)Date of grass cutting areawise to be shown in Measurement Book.

All as per Item No. 01 here-in-before but with the help of Jungle Jim Tractor.

Scraping of grass shurbs, weeds, bushes, vegetation etc manually at ground level including removal of small irregularities in natural ground, stacking of spoil into heaps and removal of spoil exc 250 mtrs and not exc 500 mtrs and depositing where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Measurement for scrapping of grass shall be measured only one time upto period of completion, required scraping of grass during the period of completion. No payment shall be made and separated which is already included in quoted rate.

Ploughing of SGA not less than 30 cm in depth using plant & its connecting tools required for ploughing complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
