Material and labour for prepration of new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain sheet glass 5 mm thick tinted, fixed to aluminium doors/ windows / ventilators incl beading/ rubber packing complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall/ ceiling/ chajjas etc including raking out joints hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of wall complete removal of existing treatment making the surface even & smooth and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor finishes all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectengular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm as in skirting / dado/ risers of steps set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured (digital/ printed/ designer) tiles of size 300 x 450mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs fancy type chromium plated 15mm bore stop valves, cast copper alloy screwd doen high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors ,aprons etc and laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone in flooring 20-25 mm thick (pre- mirror polished), over and including 20 mm thick screed base in CM 1:6 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing and moulding on edges if reqd complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone used for treads of steps shall be used in single piece.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (pre- mirror polished) as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 as in backing coat, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota Stone used for rises of steps shall be used in single piece.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappah stone 20-25 mm thick over and including cement screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old/ new concrete floor/ wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to the edges of granite n.exc 15 mm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 41 above but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fix 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings fixed to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old serviceable steel tubing 15mm bore obtained from taking down and connecting in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) with necessary provision of new fittings all complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x 4 sqmm and one single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead in and including PVC casing and capping and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC cable and PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure MCB SPN 4 way distribution board 240 volt, double door with DIN rail bus bar, neutral link, earth terminal etc IP-43 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure MCB TPN 4 way distribution board 415 volt, double door with DIN rail bus bar, neutral link, earth terminal etc IP-43 protection. Make and Model L&T or equivalent complete all as specified.

Disconnect & insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling fan/ wall fan any make any sweep dismantling and including oiling, greasing replacement of cotter pins, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint after cleaning dust/dirt & writing MES No. and hanging/fixing to its original position including provisioning of 3 core copper conductor cable PVC insulated & sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector including replacement of clamps rubber shackle & top and bottom nut, bolt washers and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
