Material and labour Brickwork with first class bricks having crushing strength of 75 kg/sqcm, straight or curved on Cum plan excd 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork flat rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam huanching, griders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L high strength deformed TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing with neat slurry @ 3.0Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) light shade coloured polished tiles,(1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) light shade coloured polished tiles.(1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, as on vertical surfaces, skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic tiles (heavy duty endura) square/rectangular area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm and n exc 4 sqm. each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing disposable materials from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with Galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing with DBs all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade pipe for watering, water funnel and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe of 25 mm dia light grade for cable protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft/loose soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick spread in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick including taking out old complete all as specified and directed.
