SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS OF VARIOUS CAPACITIES AT VARIOUS LOCS OF ZONE B AND C OF GE (E) JABALPUR

Supply install commissioning and testing, in replacement, CPRI Approved factory fabricated, floor mounted outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Box of suitable size fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 mm frame and 750 mm above the Normal ground level complete factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof double door both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back with locking arrangement cable entry and exist from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, aluminium bus bar 400 Amps rating (01 Set) fixed on porcelain insulator with internal wiring with suitable size of aluminium strips to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCBs & Bus-bar. Bus-bar shall be insulated with colour code sleeves/tapes and to be connected with copper lugs, including two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally & internally over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as directed, comprising of the followings : -

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning, in repair, outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. (Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

M & L for Earthing, in replacement, complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal ( for LT Panels). Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
