Improvement to approach road of Deras MIp in Bhubaneswar Block of Khordha District under Capex(Road) Scheme for the year 2025-26

Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps below 1Mtr. girth etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening,leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment,scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and clause 305 of MORTH specification of road and bridge works etc.

Providing and laying admixture with sand and morrum in (2:3) proportion sub base by providing moorum and sand admixture spreading in uniform layers wih tractor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place mehod at OMC and compacting with wheel roller to acheive desired density etc complete.

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Water Bound Macadum -II specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Water Bound Macadum -III specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Manual means .( Output = 5889 Sqm

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Manual brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.

Labour for spreading moorum and cosolidation with HRR including watering, coat and conveyance of moorum etc complete

Binding road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost,conveyance,and royality and watered and rammed etc.complete.

Earth work excavation in Foundation in hard or gravelly soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with Sand watered and rammed complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 grade using 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard black granite chips Quarried and free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm down graded of approved quality free from weathered skin materials mixing in concrete mixture with cost of materials, machineries and all leads, delifts & lifts for labour in laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding of 0.15M depth and finishing the exposed surface smoth including watering, curing for required period with cost, conveyance hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, royalty and taxes for materials, labour cess, T&P materials quality control tests required for the item etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,straightening,cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including cost, conveyance and all taxes of reinforcement steel bars, binding wire with all leads,lifts, coneyance from bending yard to placement spot complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials ,labour, T&P and all taxes complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
