Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 1 Sqm each all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each all as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

Refixing of shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Refixing includes taking down, easing and djusting and also refixing builder hardware as required.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of steel chowkhat, hold fasts, bed blocks & like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

S & F factory made 40mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F factory made Steel windows, ISI marked, (Box Type) with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle etc complete without glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of Zinc chrome primer including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, complete. Notes:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel windows. Nothing shall extra paid on this account. (ii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) including shutters with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc, Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws including powder coated 'D' type handle of suitable size, tower bolt of suitable size, suitable size hinges heavy grade complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Mortice lock, Door closer & Glass panes/wire cloth shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of BoQ.

S&F mild steel framed work in tubular trusses using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F GI powder coated snap grid of sizes 605 mm x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling with main tee 32 x 24 x 1mm thick, cross Tee 26 x 24 x 1mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 1mm thick, flange covered with PVC thin includng hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Gypsum board 600mmx600mmx9-10mm thick duly finished surface (thin PVC layer on gypsum board as per maunfacturer's instructions) and the same shall be placed in snap grid as in false ceiling complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : - Kota stone shall be of size 550mm x 550mm (minimum) when brought at site.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 1st quality, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 1st quality, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designer & pattern (dark & light shade) tiles (coloured) 1st quality, 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 1st quality, 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 1st quality, 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even complete .

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces (already applied with coat of primer) of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on existing primer complete all as specified.
