Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size. excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering work up to plinth level with 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing etc. with 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Brick edging 7 cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised / chromium plated M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m².
