Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete

Providing black board painting in two coats with good quality paint including cost and conveyance etc. complete.

Re Painting old wood work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Wiring with 2 x 1.50 sqm ( 22/0.3 ) PVC insulated unsheathed single core Copper Conductor of 1100 v Grade in suitable PVC Rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accesseries with TW Switch box with 5 A F . T . Switch with painting of suitable colour for Light Point and Fan Point

Wiring with 2x1.50 sqm PVC insulated unsheated Sc.alu Cable of conductor of 1100V grade insulated for open plug point

Suplying and Fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped Regulator as per standard specifications.

Supply and fitting of single box type 4'40w flu fiting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe sispension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads etc., complete.Tube Light
