Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out,construction of shorting and bracing,removal of stumps and other deletrious materials and disposal of materials upto a lead of 50 m, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material. Ordinary Soils as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing concrete for plain / Reinforced concrete in foundation for all type of structure complete of plain concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specification clause 802.803,1202-1203 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto third floor level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement: Six Sand) Second class bricks as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, Internal rounded angles, Chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement : Four Sand) all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

15mm cement plaster in single caot on fair side of brike /concreat /stone walls for interiour plastering up to all hights including arieas ,internal rounded angles, chamferm and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand ) all modes of transportation in all leads lift and all incidental charges.

Applying priming coat on new concreat /masonry /asbestos cement /plastered surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil. Greade ,dirt and other foreign matter and sandpapering as required with Readymixed primer.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Fishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of design (apexultima)or its equarlied on undecoarate wall surface ( Two coat ) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt. Dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hosting ,fixing in postion and applying primimg coat of red paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling ,brackets and similar work, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

painting two coat (excluding priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade in cleaning the surface all dirty , dust and other foreign matter :- with ready mixed paint other than white. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing Tor steel/TMT steel rainforcement for R.C.C. work including bending , binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providng and laying 1:1.5:3 (One Cement: 1.5 Sand : 3 Aggregates graded stone 20mm ) and complete excluding cost of form work and reinforement, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
