Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, manholes etc and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed
M&L for Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in Hard / Dense Soil. complete all as specified and directed
M&L for returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
M&L for removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) The distance given for removal of excavated materials is for rough guidance only. S & F roof truss (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee angle, channel or flat section)including distance pieces, cleats etc. FE 410-W (Grade - E 250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.
S&F of pre painted Galvalume plain sheet 0.50mm thick sheeting of colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges, hip & valley gutter, unshed and similar surfaces fixed with self tapping screws/J’ hooks all as specified and directed.
M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for construction of Effluent Treatment Plant with Soak pit and sludge pad with capacity of 1500 Ltr with waste treatment process includes sedimentation, filtration, decantation, flotation and osmosis separation. The process of treating waste water includes primary treatment, secondary treatment and tertiary treatment to achieve the 90-95% efficiency in removing pollutants complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The 1500 ltr capacity ETP along with all connected items shall be designed and the design details along with flowchart duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering College shall be submitted to GE office for approval of Accepting officer. (ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of all the provisions. (iii) Characteristics of water to be treated : Effluent will be consisting of air craft paint and water , Paint can be conceptualized as a film or a layer of polymer to protect, signal and illuminate and embellish the aircraft on which it is applied. This polymeric compound is formed by elements such as resin, pigments, fillers , solvents and additives. This liquid effluent is burdened with Oil & Grease, BOD, COD, TDS, Turbidity, TSS, etc…However during the design of ETP, Tenderer has to collect the waste effluent sample from site and design of ETP should be finalized accordingly to achieve 95% efficiency in treatment of pollutants.
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of suitable fume extraction system with filtration unit and air make up unit in painting & washing bay with following specifications. a) The bay size will be 33M x 26M x 12 M (Size may vary up to +5%) , paint particles during the sanding operation and painting operation in the front bay needs a ventilation system (extraction System) and fresh air supply., the same should be able to handle 80000 CMH fresh air and extraction units with proper Double skin panels with 25 mm PUF Insulation with the proper ducting system. The power control should be a single control system for both Fresh air and Extraction unit with proper Electrical controls all as specified and directed. The minimum requirements as follows:-
(A) Fresh Air Supply i) Air Handling Unit : 80,000 CMH Blower with 50 mm WG pressure run by 15 HP Non-FLP Motor - 2 Nos Double skin panels with 25mm PUF Insulation - 1 No Extruded aluminium profiles fitted with Glass filled Nylon Joineries - 1 Set Air Intake Louvers - 1 Set HDPE 3 Ply Box type Pre-fitters - 1 Set Gasket & Fasteners - 1 Lot ii) Ducting (Shape : Spiral) : Galvanised Iron sheet approx. area - 269 Sqm iii) Accessories : MS Duct supports like angles and channels should be heavy grade and including necessary fixing by cutting, welding and soldering etc as per site requirement. Air Discharge grill - 24 Nos
(B) Exhaust System 1 & 2 (QTY : 2 No.) i) Filter Box : 37,000 CMH (Each) Blower with 50 mm WG pressure run by 15 HP Non-FLP Motor - 1 Nos Double skin panels with 25mm PUF Insulation - 1 No Extruded aluminium profiles fitted with Glass filled Nylon Joineries - 1 Set Air Intake Louvers - 1 Set Glass fiber Filters - 1 Set Gasket & Fasteners - 1 Lot ii) Ducting (Shape : Spiral) : Galvanised Iron sheet approx. area - 269 Sqm ± 10% including necessary fabrication, fixing and securing etc as per site requirement. iii) Accessories : MS Duct supports like angles and channels as per site requirement.
(C) Electrical Control panel i) Electrical control panel for 2 Nos. of 15 HP AHU motor and 2 Nos of 15 HP Exhaust system motors. Control panel consists of Incoming MCCB, switch fuse unit, contractors, overhead relays, indicating lamps, push button switches etc. The panel shall be made by CPIR approved manufacturer as per standard size using 3.15mm thick MS sheet with powder coated dust free double door type enclosure, floor mounted all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge. ii) Incoming and uutgoing cabling with cable tray from control panel to motors considering the control panel to be placed near the AHU iii) Earthing for the panel and motors are measured and paid separately under relevant Item.
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of suitable Air Compressor System with regular to cater for 40-80 PSI along with necessary underground pipelines for compressed air supply across the Painting & Washing Bay to clear for Painting as well as Washing system with following specifications. (a) Electrically operated screw Compressor with a capability of 60 cfm (wp 7 bar) Tank Capacity of 500 lit and with dryer unit and outlet is fitted with pre and fine filter with flexible hose and manifold to reach up to the Centerline of the hangar floor all as specified and directed. (b) Fixing of suitable size starter and control cable for compressor are included in the quoted rate and no extra cost shall be admissible.
Note for Item No 35 & 36 : a) Items incorporated against above items are as per MES Approved makes only. b) Complete system and its operation training is to be given to users representatives for smooth functioning for a period of three months from the date of completion by deploying one skilled man for 08 hours per day. c) Approval of Design drawings is obtain from accepting officer before procurement of system. d) Functioning of the complete scheme will be under warranty for its functionality on site by contractor for a period of one year from the date of handing over the facility/date of completion. e) Pre-commissioning of system is as per appropriate authority of MES channel as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. (f) If any additional/Alteration/Modification required as per site condition while installation of above mentioned item No. 27 & 28, the cost is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate, being minor.
M & L for Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of following sizes Bore of pipes in 16 to 40 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc.
Supply and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to laid in trench/walls/ceilings or floors of 32 mm (outer dia) pipe .
Supply and fixing PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of size 32 mm dia (outer dia) as per requirement of the site.
Supply and fix rotational moulded 1000 litres capacity double layered HDPE water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top as per IS 12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position, including provn of inlet pipe, over flow pipe, washout pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I
S&F ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe 25 mm bore
M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 600x600x600 mm suitable for sluice valve in brick work in CM 1:4 with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick on 40x40x6mm angle iron frame work , locking arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation , 200 mm thick brickwork with old size flyash brick in CM 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in bed/coping, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, painting all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer and including necessary earthwork excavation in any type of soil etc and removal of surplus soil off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix staging / frame work for hosting 1000 ltr capacity water tank using standard mild steel sections like angle iron / MS pipe / flat iron / sheets etc using steel of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - A including necessary welding suitable to keep 1000 ltrs PVC water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type By using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings bed plates etc for fixing of MS angle iron frame including necessary form work all as specified and as directed
Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA in existing panel all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. Mm 3.5 core in trenches, Roof/Road/Wall with proper securing including necessary termination and cable glands all as specified and directed.
Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included the above provision.
M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
M&L for Brick tiles, common burnt clay bldg bricks Sub-class 'B' designation 75, old size bricks.
M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and GI bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete. Note : Contractor shall ensure that earth resistance should be below 2 Ω and result should be submitted to JE/ Engr-in-Charge respectively
