Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materias necessary for the construction of Sub Grade in accordance with the specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 201,202,301 to 305 for formation of Embankment / Sub grade incluidng compaction by power roller with an average lead of 30 Km.

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 ) - for grading- III Material as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 401 & 900.

Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406) as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 406 & 900.

Sacrifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 meters.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I ) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7 kg/10 sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) - over WMM as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112,501,502 &900

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 2.5 kg per 10 sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112,501, 503 & 900.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 2 kg per 10 sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over existing bituminous surfaces as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501,503 & 900.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Table - 500-10) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 40) at percentage specified by JMF by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505) Grading II as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501,505 & 900

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 3 kg to 3.5 Kg per 10 sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over CC surfaces treated with primer as per MORTH Rev. Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (CRMB-55) at percentage specified by Job Mix Formula of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) - Grading II as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501,507 & 900.

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (CRMB-55) at percentage specified by Job Mix Formula of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) - Grading I as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501,507 & 900.

Plain Cement Concrete of Grade M15 using 40mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting,laying and curing concrete, working at depths, Tools and Plants and incidental Charges such as maintaining of protective bund, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc.,complete as per relevant standard specification for Kerb

Providing colour designed concrete paver block floor finish used with concrete block of 80mm which has a compressive strength of 16.00 Mt/sqm. The rate including the cost concrete block loading and conveyance to site and cost of labour for fixing in position the joints should be filled with sand including compacting by using power compactor etc.,complete complying with standard specification and also the rate including the labour charges for clearing the heavy and scrub,jungle,levelling the sites, diversion of water and sanitary pipe lines,dismantling the existing masonry structures etc.,complete complying as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively,250mm high in M20 grade PCC on M-15 grade foundatin 150mm thick, foundation having 50mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, all complete. PCC M20 for Kerb (Cast in situ)

Metal Beam Crash Barrier Type-A, "W" Double Guard ; Providing and erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550 gms/sqm, minimum 950mm above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long Post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS : 1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface - Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete asper MORT&H specification No.803.

Road Markers / Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing Reflective road studs of 'category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate / ABS moulded body conforming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MoRTH circular No.RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO III dt. 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MoRT&H circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30 +/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H sppecification 804 etc., complete
