Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI tubing in trenches and getting out all in hard and dense soil complete all as specified directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable DI/GI tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing where required and cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified directed of following sizes :-

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 50 mm dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 25 mm dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 20 mm dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 100 bore CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CI sluice valve for 80/100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 100 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 17 here in before but 80 mm nominal bore.

Taking down old unserviceable air release valve of size up to 80/100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air release valve with double air outlet on existing DI/GI pipe of bore 80 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of old unsv air release valve with single air outlet in existing DI/GI pipe of bore 100 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable valve pit of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 160 cm (internal dimension) including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre as directed including PCC in foundation of the mixture (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), stone masonry in cement mortor 1:4, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar as of stone masonary including MS frame (made out of angle in 40x40x6mm) and MS steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges angle iron flat complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 10 to 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos bass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same including varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Puri chlor (calcium based ganular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chlorite packing in 45 kg plastic drums all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and contract must provide original test certificate with hologram Make: Royleseena or equivalent approved make.

Dismantling of unserviceable Lorry filling point of any size complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortal 1:4 over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nomival mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on block work, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement. The masonry work including PCC sub base shall be 0.80 m below GL including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L for Emptying the tanks, removing complete scalling Cleaning internal wall and bottom throughly by using washing soda and cleaning with clean water to remove the remains of soda/bleaching powder and apply one coat of cement paint suitable for drinking water applied to entire internal surface of Semi Under ground tank of capacity upto 25000 Glns complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity upto 1000 ltrs.

Collecting and testing of water sample bottle from Pump houses of 503 ASC Bn , 603 EME Bn, River dale pump house No 01 & 02, GOC Hut and TCP Shesharthag water point No 01 & 02 from govt authorised laboratory for testing of various parameters as per IS 10500 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Note :- Test result will be submitted to AGE E/M office.
