Removal of main pumps and carrying out repair work including servicing , gland packing etc.However rewinding , changing of bearing etc.shall be carried out by the authorised agencies and the amount will be re-imbursed on production of their bill.All tools plants and materials.incuding fixing of motor at same location.(Note:Re-winding, changing of bearing, servicing of fans/motors to be confirmed before taking out for repairs.)

Wiring for light points with 1.5sqmm pvc insulated 650volts grade, standard copper conductor wires in rigid pvc surface casing and capping including providing 5 Amps rocker operated flush/wall mounted modular type switch in 2mm pvc/ms box (ROMA or any other approved make )earthing of fixtures and the outlet box with 2mm bare copper wire etc complete with all materials .(Average length of wiring can be of approx. 5 mtrs to 8 mtrs per point)

Removing and refixing the existing split Unit/Window air conditioners at a new location with all necessary tools, plants other acessories and materials including modification to the existing window, relocation of power point if any etc complete.

Wiring for 20A plug point for airconditoners with 4sqmm pvc insulated 650 volts grade, stranded copper conductor wires in rigid pvc surface casing and capping including providing 20Amps metal clad socket and 20A mcb in 2mm pvc/ms box, earthing of third pin and the outlet box with 2mm bare copper wire.etc complete with all materials and transportation etc.(Average length of wiring can be of approx. 5 mtrs to 20 mtrs per point)

Providing 5A plug point with 1.5sq.mm pvc insulated 650 volts grade, standard copper conductor wires in PVC casing and capping including providing 5A rocker operated flush/wall mounted modular type switch and socket in 2mm pvc/ms box(ROMA or any other approved make), earthing of outlet box and the third pin with 2mm bare copper wire etc complete with all transportation and materials.(Average length of wiring can be of approx. 5 mtrs to 8 mtrs per point)

Wiring for fan points with 1.5sq.mm pvc insulated 650V grade , stranded copper conductor wires in casing and caping including providing 5 Amps rocker operated flush/wall mounted modular type switch and electronic type Regulator in 2mm pvc/ms box,earthing of fixture and the outlet box with 2mm bare copper wire etc.complete with all tools plants and materials.(Average length of wiring can be of approx. 5 mtrs to 8 mtrs per point)

Wiring for 15/20A plug point with 2.5sqmm pvc insulated 650Volts grade/ stranded copper conductor wires in casing and caping including providing 15A rocker oparated flush/wall mounted modular type switch and 15Asocket in 2mm pvc/ms box as required,earthing of third pin and the outlet box with 2mm bare copper wire etc.complete with all tools plants and materials.(Average length of wiring can be of approx. 5 mtrs to 20 mtrs per point)

Re-winding the ceiling fans fitted at various quarters including removing and re-fixing the same.etc.complete with all tools, plants and materials.

Re-winding the Exaust/wall fans of all sizes fitted at various quarters including removing and re-fixing the same.etc.complete with all tools, plants and materials.

Reparing the ceiling fans,exaust fans,wall fans etc.by replacing the damaged parts such as bearing,condenser,etc.complete with all tools, plants and materials.

Providing Earthing station at approved location with 600x600x6mm GI plate including excavation,refilling,charcol,salt,masonry chember etccomplete with all tools, plants and materials.

Supplying and fixing of G.I.earth strip 25x6mm from earthing station to the meter etc.complete with all tools, plants etc.

Supplying and fixing of 8 SWG G.I.Wire from earthing station to the meter and equipmet etc.complete with all tools, plants etc.

Removal of sewarage pump and carrying out repair work including servicing , gland packing etc.However rewinding , changing of bearing etc.shall be carriedout by the authorised agencies and the amount will be re-imbursed on production of their bill.All tools plants and materials.including fixing of motor at same location.(Note:Re-winding, changing of bearing, servicing of fans/motors to be confirmed before taking out for repairs.)This work to be done within 5days.

Replacement of old 5A switches with anchor make new switches including removal,refixing and materials etc complete

Replacement of old 5A socket with anchor make new socket including removal,refixing and materials etc complete

Replacement of old fan regulator with standard make new regulator including removal,refixing and materials etc complete make crompton , anchor any other approved make.

Taking permission By Electricity Dept for power shutdown and Servicing of Transformers, Unseal by electricity dept Metering Cubicals & Panels with all Required Parts for maintenance of changing Oil, silica gel, Glands, Leakage seal, Dropout Fuse & cleaning the dust , carbon.
