Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in hardstanding, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–charge.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B–2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path/floor provided with joints at every 1.50 metre interval, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement laid in panels, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–charge.

Material and labour for vibratory rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vibratory rubber moulded precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 80mm thickness, grade M-40 with grey cement and pigments over a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments in floor etc set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in cemet mortar (1:4), including rounding edges complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/ stopped end etc complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cill, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling dilapated /decayed posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section /height, including taking out embedded portion, embedded in concrete /brick work /masonry /natural ground and each n exc 0.5 cum in volume below GL, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter in any type of soil, getting out, retruning filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a dsitance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), Type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 290-W (Gde E-165), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10 mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other and screwed end to be fitted with round washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 5 cm long complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape, hooking ends for tying chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any type/size and in any position, neatly coiled and removing from site complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvnised of size mesh size 100x100mm with weight not exc 4 kg/sqm including line wires, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any type/size and in any position, neatly coiled and removing from site complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, as in repair, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6, type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat chalk whitening, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 24,450.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
