• 1. Government Polytechnic Asthawan, Nalanda has been constituted under the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education, Government of Bihar to cater the need of technical education. The Government Polytechnic Asthawan, Nalanda intendent for Outsourcing of services of Security guard(unarmed), Electrician, Plumber, Housekeeping (including sweeper) Staff and Gardener in Government Polytechnic Asthawan, Nalanda etc. for a period of 3 years and invites bids from eligible entities as mentioned in the tender document.

A. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): An amount of ?2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) shall be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft (DD).

B. Tender Fee: The Tender Fee of ?2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) shall be submitted in the form of a separate Demand Draft(DD).

Both DDs shall be drawn in favour of ?PRINCIPAL, GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, ASTHAWAN, NALANDA? and submitted through SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST only, so as to reach Government Polytechnic, Asthawan, Nalanda, PO+PS- Asthawan, Dist-Nalanda, State-Bihar, PIN-803107 by 11:59 AM on 03-10-2026. The tender documents shall also be uploaded online on the e-Procurement Portal (eproc2.bihar.gov.in) by 11:59 AM on 03-10-2026.

Both DDs shall be properly enclosed and sealed in a large envelope. The envelope shall clearly mention the Agency/Firm name, Authorized Person?s name, complete address, phone number and email ID. The sealed envelope shall be submitted through Speed Post/Registered Post only so as to reach the above address by 11:59 AM on 03-10-2026.
