Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided coping etc.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete.

M&L stone masonry walling of random rubble,uncoursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in C M 1:6 as specified.

Ditto all as per item above but except stone (old stone obtained from demolition under item No. 2 shall be reused).

M&L for Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer In charge

M & L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cills steps, bands plinth courses, copings, apex stone, bed plates kerbs, levelling course etc. including necessary formwork.

M &L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work (or) concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even

Taking down old concertina coil from M S angle frame/brackets fixed on the compound wall all as specified and directed including barbed wire if any as directed by AGE.

S&F Concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600 mm of and wt of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 9.0 kg and one coil (50 spiral) shall not be stretched to more than 6.0 mt. blade shall be 0.50mm th galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Fixing only concertina coil fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Concertina coil obtained from item No. 12 above shall be reused.

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter

Fixing only Galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia all as directed (old retrieved barbed wire shall be reused).

S&F 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 75mm spacing and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts ,incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire ,staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed(each line wire to bemeasured).

Restraining and resecuring of loosened barbed wire including making good staples etc.,all as specified.

M & L for preparing new decorated surfaces of walls/bands and applying two coats of weather proof paint (Apex of Asian or All Guard of Berger) of any colour all as specified and as directed.
