R.C.C. 1:11/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance to work site including all labour charges for filling etc complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing with one layer of Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x 20mm embedded in Cement Mortor 1:3 mix mixed with Water Proofing compound and pointed with same mixed mortor to full depth of tiles etc., complete.

Providing Granolithic Pattern Floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10-12 mm ISS HBG metal and top rubbed smooth including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Cost and supply of steel door of size 0.90 x 2.10 m including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Cost and supply of steel Window of size 0.90 x 1.30 m including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting Two coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows, , window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete
