Supply & lay in repair, connection testing and commissioning of 3 core, 95 Sqmm, 11000 Volts grade(Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor laid in trench/under ground/wall/surafce/tunnel/duct including taking out unserviceable burnt out cable complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs test, erection & commissioning of Steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truely vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 mtrs HT poles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earth work, PCC, coping shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rates include staying the poles in atruely vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (iii) The rates include cast iron base plate, nuts, bolts, screws, painting of steel tubular poles, drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing of clamps, hooks for continuous earth wire/strip.

S&F in repairs test, install & commissioning of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole mechanically operated suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting (suitable for existing one) on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and connecting up with jumpers, testing and commissioning including dismantling/disconnecting & taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&R in repairs stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm and 20 mm dia MS stay rod, 2150 mm long including thimbles, GI stay wire comprising of stay strand 7/3.15 mm dia of required length complete all as shown on electrical plate No.1 on page No.495 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 including necessary excavation PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), loop insulator as specified in SSR and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90 x 140mm size, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of cross arms i.e bracing supporting clamps back plates, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one under coat and one finishing coat with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed.

Supply and install lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11 KV connecting testing & including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ACSR jumpers in HT/LT over head line upto 10 mm dia as that of existing size including sleeves/holding clamp/ binding wire, nuts & bolts washersetc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and convention skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 KV of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel 4mm dia & including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor, steel reinforced for LT / ht over head lines on poles including streching tightining of poles insulator with binding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv ACSR conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnection of all Primary/Secondary connections of the defective transformer rating up to 200kVA out door / indoor type, any make, taking down / out from plinth / pole / platform with the help of suitable crane and transporting the same carefully to workshop for repair and bringing back and test, install & commissioning in its original existing position by making all neccessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Crane and Transporting Charges including in the Job.

All as per item no. 27 above but for capacity above 200 KVA and upto 400 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Opening top cover of transformer taking out complete oil and keeping in clean and dry container, taking out core & winding from the body, remove the sludge from tank complete and segregation of HT/LT leg coil from transformer including job assembling of jointing the connections pf HT/LT coil in core assembling complete insulation works, setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections), proper alignment of job including keeping in oven chamber of as per IS Specification of respective transformer capacity for remove the moisture as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and all types of gasket (Bushing and tank) etc and megger including two coats of anti corrosive paint aftre cleaning inside transformer tanks and two coats of outside painting including writing KVA Capacity, repairs of body by means of welding, jointing if required complete for capacity up to 200 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 29 above but for capacity above 200 KVA and upto 400 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Making Primery coil with insulated copper wire of required gauge craft paper cotton tape HT insulation as per specification of old existing transformer including making of coil as required of various capacity of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Making Secondary coil with insulated copper wire of required gauge craft paper cotton tape LT insulation as per specification of old existing transformer including making of coil as required of various capacity of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reconditioning of over heated HT/ LT coil of transformer up to 500 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation as required and remaking of LT coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV Distribution transformer rating up to 400 KVA on site by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level, check leaked cork seal (if any), check the un sericeable insulators & LT/HT bush (if any) complete from the shell and making connections of LT/HT bush, insulators & cork seals to avoid leakage and refilling oil back to existing postion into the transformer complete testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.)

Supply only HT bushing including metal parts and washer complete for any make of transformer mounted on plinth/pole and transformer rating up to 400 KVA capacity complete including taking down old u/s one all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 500kVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Gasket set (crok sheet) for any make of transformer rating upto 500 KVA for top of transformer or conservator tank after decanning the required level of oil including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed.

M&L for Replacement of air breather with filled silica gel suitable for any make of tranformer rating up to 400 KVA mounted on plinth/pole including taking out old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of transformer oil in transformer plinth / pole mounted including testing insulation and vescocity of oil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil in transformer indoor/ outdoor type by centrifusion / machine having minimum capacity 1000 ltrs/ hrs including testing insulation and vescocity of oil before and after dehydration complete all as directed.

Dismantling pole by uprooting and taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed.

M&L for Painting the HT poles of OH lines and HT Four poles/two poles and single pole structure complete with cross arms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying one coats of aluminum paint including marking yello/black strips and white washing of pole coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming trees branches any girth and any size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both side of OH line with in a span of 50 mtrs each disposing the same, clearing the site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtr, and 80 mm dia CI plate embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Arresting leakage of transformer fins by brazing / welding etc, after removing of oil from inside of transformer w/o openinh top cover and refilling of oil by opening top cover of transformer of capacity upto 500KVA.

M&L in replacement of operating GI pipe 25mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long with clamp, nut, bolts, washers and necessary operating handle suitable for GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing / calibration / trouble shooting / repairing / adjustment of over current relay, earth fault relay, Spring, spring charge mechanism, close coil, trip coil, including connected accessories cleaning of all contacts with CTC, of the 11KV HT VCB panel of 630A, 50 Hz by qulified technical personel incl fixing of spares to make functional in all respects including identifying the deffective parts.
