Work

Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of servicceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- In - charge in cement mortar as per DAR No 15.7.4

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm on plan)Excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms ,lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the , Rate as SI No. 2.6.1

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete or Reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer - in - charge with in a distance of 60meters (200ft) as per S.I no 15.3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. As per SI.No. PWD Sch. 4.1.8

Brick work with common brunt clay (non modular) brick of class-150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As per DAR. 6.1.1

Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per S.O.R. 2020 (4.1.2)

12mm thick plaster Finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1;4(1cement:4 fine sand)As per DAR 13.7.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Tachnical Specification Clause 401

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501
