Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations filling of post hole and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts of fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specifies and directedby Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel hot dipped(IS -2721) of 4 mm dia of mesh size 100x100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be encloused with final bill.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of satanderds, rails, straining bolts etc including binding wire complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for reinfoced cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4) Nominal Mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs suphorted on wall, beams and columns in floor/roofs landings, balconies deck slabs, lintels, bands, capings and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement motor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia using TMT bars. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling structural/ mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-290-W(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M& L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8type D-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete work surfaces including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in channels and drains etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for Flush pointing in CM 1:4, to bricks laid flat or brick edge in pavings and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid in any motar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, Continuous brick edging with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick for PCC 1:4:8type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, paving etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for precast machine pressed interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M -40 grade,set,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/pavings/path etc with grey cement and pigmentluding 25 mm thick sand cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement with pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC jallies 25 mm thick(measured soild) 1:2:4 , Type B-0 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) including all moulding but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
