Supply, testing, commissioning and installation of outdoor, HT, 33 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles, totally enclosed, 25 KA, 1250A, PCVCB, confirming to IS 13118-1991/IEC56-1987, as per below specifications, make etc, with & including support structure, also including provision of neccessary connecting items, complete all as specified and directed:- Technical specifications:- Breaking Capacity 25KA Current 1250Amps Making Capacity 67 KA pk, Frequency 50 Hz Short time current- 25 KA for 1 Sec. No. of Pole- 03 Nos Operating Coil - 110 VDC, DC component - 50%, BIL-70/170 Kvp Aux switch - 8 NO+ 8 NC Make : BHEL/Crompton Greaves Ltd/ ABB/Schneider/Siemens. Notes :- (i) The drawing and specifications of HT VCB shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before its procurement. (ii) The HT VCB shall also be tested in the presence of EI as per IS and as specified. Technical Rep of Manufacturer/OEM shall also be present during testing of VCB to be carried out by EI. The records of testing shall be signed by EI, GE, Engineer-in-Charge, Contractor and the Technical Rep of the Manufacturer/OEM. (iv) Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor.

No. of Pole- 03 Nos Operating Coil - 110 VDC Aux switch - 8 NO+ 8 NC Make : BHEL/Crompton Greaves Ltd/ ABB/Schneider/Siemens. Existing Panel details as under:- CB type 12VR 18/800 Sr No 4141 VR, Jun 2012 Year Breaking Capacity 13.1 KA, voltage - 12000 V Current 630 Amps, Making Capacity 33 KA pk, Frequency 50 Hz Short time current- 13.1 KA for 1 Sec. No. of Pole- 03 Nos Operating Coil - 110 VDC Aux switch - 8 NO+ 8 NC Make : Crompton Greaves Ltd Note :- The drawing and specifications of HT VCB Trolley shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before its procurement.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based (CPRI tested) maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system shall be conforming to IS-3034, the outer and inner pipe shall be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3 metre length Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture shall be machine pressed in the pipes and should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comopound (Ground Enhancer). The BFC shall be eco friendly, it shall not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit shall also be provided with earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad, good earth shall be provided to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC, 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/unit. The earth electrode (the main component of the earthing system) which is in direct contact with the ground shall be able to provide a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials shall have good electrical conductivity & anti-corrosion property in wide rage of soil condition and testing on completion including dismantling unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed, Make ASHLOK Model- ASEEL or equivalent of make JMV/True Power as approved by the GE and also including taking out /dismantling of the existing earthing.

Taking down/up after disconnecting of all busbar connections etc carefully, dismantling of 33 KV VCB loading, transportation, unloading and disposing the same in MES store from 33 KV MRS switch yard and clearing the area, complete all as specified and directed.
