REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCKS / KERB STONE HARDSTANDING AND PATHWAY AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER AGE (I) POKARAN

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC ype D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases all as specified.

Providing and laying Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors With grey pigment cement and pigments including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) over and pointed complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

Demolition of precast concrete articles and other similar works all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand)

M&L for preparation of New plastered surfaces or unplastered Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described applying two coats of Synthetic enamel over a coat of Priming paints plaster complete.
