Dismantling of RCC post or struts of any section embedded in concrete or brick work,masonary etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and its removal to store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided ( FI, Angle posts, Round bars or TMT bars along chain link mesh etc. ) incl. its removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type ( chain link mesh and barbed wire mesh ) incl. its removal to store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not. exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel work for posts and struts in fencing includings cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc: flat iron fillets (For securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling ,mass concrete and fdn of fencing posts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fdns, filling, mass concrete and for embedding chain link mesh bottom complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of wood, steel and iron work new or old or any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanised fencing ( Dia of wire 4mm) having mesh size of 50x50 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized wire chain link fencing mesh of any size to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts ( Machine made ) 5 to 10mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Galvanized, two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed and specified (Each line to be measured separately).

M & L for Mild Steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking for columns and binding with steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing clips ( for chain link fencing ) all as specified and directed by Engineerin-charge.

Restraining and re-securing existing barbed wire of any description including making good staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gates etc with ends of bars, shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders, framed balusteres: Walk ways, railing; framework of wateretank and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 18 above but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under item 17 hereinbefore including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs concentrina coil galvanised 60 cm dia ( spacing of coil wire @ 20cm c/c ) incl securing point in crossing and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pin complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick fixed as repairs in ridges, valley gutters, crumple joint covers and similar items with grade of zinc coating 275complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 24 above but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under item 17 hereinbefore including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for Flush pointing to Brick walls in cement mortar (1:3)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drainscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes , class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete comlete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and set in cement mortar (1:6) including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Reinforcement will be measured & paid separately).

M & L for Mild steel 10 mm dia and over TMT bars as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking at ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching and coping of drain including necessary moulds and form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Raking out joints or pointing to existing brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels/drains, roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of path/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 75 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 50 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chemfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 80 mm thick (M-40 Grade) with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick set over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tilescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Fine sand filling under floor in layers not exceeding 25cm each layer including watering and well rammingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
