OPERATION AND CMC OF EI FANS & SPLIT AC UNITS

Comprehensive maintenance contract for EI & FANS in the Building by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as per specifications / conditions of contract i/c replacement of all electrical items & all accessories . etc as required.CMC of Split AC Units Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the Split AC units including all items as per the specifications/ conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc., to keep the AC units & connected equipments operational upto the required standards complete as required which includes routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance i/c supply of consumables, repair/replacement of worn-out items with minimum down time and warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced items after completion of one year guarantee period complete as per specifications enclosed.Operation of Electro-Mechanical Services Round-the-clock operation of various electromechanical services like EI & Fans, Compound Light, LT panel in UPS room & MV Panel in DG room, Fire Extinguishers 4.5Kg CO2-6 Nos, 1.5TR Split AC units - 07 Nos, Building Management System, Fire detection and Extinguishing system, Access control, CCTV, UPS with Battery sets, 125KVA DG sets-2 Nos., 7 TR Precision AC units-3 Nos etc of RMC DC as per specifications / conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff (Skilled - 1No, Semiskilled - 3Nos at 1No each per shift ) & by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required.

CMC OF PRECISION AC UNITS - 3 Nos Providing comprehensive maintenance of 7 TR Package AC units for RMC Data Centre at CMX Building NTB, Bengaluru as per the specifications and scope of work.

CMC OF ENGINE ALTERNATOR SETS - 2 NOS Providing Comprehehnsive Maintenance (AMC) of Engine Alternator Sets of capacity 125 kVA at RMC DATA CENTRE, CMX building as per specifications & scope of work. (FOR 2 NOS) Note: Servicing of EA Sets as per Item 1.04 of this schedule is excluded under this item and will be measured on actual basis. Hence rates should be quoted accordingly.

Servicing of 125 kVA capacity EA Set i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, by pass filter , lube oil, coolant etc complete with cleaning of EA set complete as required. (The Dismantled/replaced material after service shall be the property of contractor and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.The Dismantled/replaced material shall be disposed off by the contractor on prior intimation & approval of building /Exchange/Engineer in charge with gate pass & in accordance to the latest environmental & pollution control guide lines)

Supplying and fixing 12V Heavy duty Lead acid battery with buy back of existing unserviceable battery i/c initial charge, suitable for genset cranking duty, with manufacturer warranty of minimum 24 months etc as required (Make: BSNL Approved make)(a)150 Ah Battery
