Supply of Materials and Erection for Construction of 33 KV line Handiya Gramind Distt. Prayagraj and 33 KV line Pahadganj From 132 KV S/s Lalganj to 33/11 KV S/s Lalganj Gramind Distt. Pratapgarh in Business Plan 2024-25 on Semi Turnkey Basis

Construction of a new 33 kV Feeder for 33/11kV Baraut from 132/33kV Handia (District- Prayagraj) and 33/11kV Pahadpur from 132/33kV Lalganj (District- Pratapgarh). The scope of work includes supply, safe carriage of material (wherever required) from store centre to site, erection, testing, and commissioning of all electrical equipment, line materials, structures, and accessories, as per UPPCL/REC specifications. The work shall comprehensively cover civil, electrical, and ancillary installations necessary to ensure reliable and safe operation of the substation and connected lines. The work will be carried out under the direct supervision of EE ESWD Prayagraj.

(Part-B) MOUNTING, FITTING & ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESSPO NORM.

Carriage of 11/9 Mtr long STP and 8.5m PCC Pole from Store to dump store/work Site including loading and unloading.

Carriage of 33 KV 3x 300 sq mm and 11 KV 3x185/120 sq mm XPLE cable from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading.

Erection of 11 mtr double ST pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Bracing angle and other accessories like channel, insulator etc..(as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor except 11 M Long ST Pole ST Pole,Channel and Insulator..

Erection of 9/11 mtr single ST pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Arm angle and other accessories like channel, insulator etc..(as per RESSPO)All material provided by contractor except ST Pole,Channel and Insulator.

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All require materials will be arranged by contractor except Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire 5 KG„ Stay clamp, Loop Insulator.

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Earthing of support (ST/PCC Pole) complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm Dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All Material Provided by Contractor except M.S. Earth Rod)

Painting of ST Pole and Channel & Clamps (double coat red oxide and double coat Alluminum paints. Painting materials provided by contractor.)

Laying of 33 KV 3 x 300 Sq mm. XLPE power cable by HDD Method at suitable depths such that maintenance is possible. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor).

Laying of 33 KV 3 x 300 Sq mm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT finally covering the same by earth and leveling of the same. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor).

Stringing, sagging, and binding of ACSR Dog conductor on already erected poles, including complete work of fixing and tightening of all associated line fittings such as galvanized steel cross-arms, F-clamps, 33 kV disc/pin insulators with hardware, suspension clamps, tension (dead-end) clamps, jumpers, and all required nuts, bolts, and washers. The work shall include handling and laying of conductor from drums, hoisting, stringing with proper sagging, jointing with compression-type mid-span joints, and termination as per REC/UPPCL construction standards. Carriage of conductor, fittings, and associated line material from the designated Store Centre to the work site shall be in the scope of the contractor. All labour, tools & plants (T&P), and consumables required for safe and reliable execution of the work are deemed to be included in the scope
