Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed.

Providing Pre Painted Galvalume Sheet Roofing (PPGL) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws complete 0.45 mm thick.

Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm ….as per relevant I.S. Codes including fitting 8 nos. of M.S. hold fast, …………… complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Door hinges to be paid as per relevant item of the schedule of rates).

Providing fitting and fixing 1st class local wood battened, framed and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x58 mm x1.90 mm) 6 nos with necessay screws.

Providing, fitting and fixing in position false ceiling of 6mm thick Bison panel (cement bonded particle board) on timber frame of 1st class local wood (Hollock/ Bonsum/ Sundi) of 50mm x 50mm spaced at not more than 1.20m apart , fixed to the wall at the end with necessary nails, wood screws, hooks,bolts etc. including painting

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface even and sand papered smooth

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two coats)and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade,.
