SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No. 01 : Demolition posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion (embeded in conc) and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 02 : Dismantling barbed wire fencing including neatly coiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 03 : Excavation in soft / loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 04 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 05 : M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 06 : M&L for RCC M-40, prestressed precast fencing post of section 150 x 150mm and height 2.55m with following specifications: (a) Grade of concrete M-40 (b) 5 Nos 4mm dia high carbon steel wire of tensile strength 1200-1300 (c) Provision of fixing of swan neck angle iron on top (d) Provision of fixing of 4 nos 12mm dia TMT bars at foundation level (e) Provision of fixing of chain link/ barbed wire on post

Item No. 07 : S&F for MS round bars 10mm dia and over for securing of chainlink fencing fized to RCC fencing post complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 08 : S & F Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over for reinforcement etc, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 09 : S & F Mild Steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strrups, spacers and binders for reinforcement etc, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 : S&F MS flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh/chain link fencing incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11 : S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square n exc 15 cm and n exc 22.5 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia of neck complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 12 : M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, n exc 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 13 : Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, ant mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 14 : Supply only chain link fencing 100x100mm mesh or cages with 3.8mm to 4mm dia mild steel galvanized wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 15 : S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts,standard bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment).

Item No. 16 : S&F MS work such as joint, channel, angle or T sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 17 : M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 : M&L RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coloumns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 19 : Use and waste of formwork of sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, coloumns etc square or rectangular or polygonal rough surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 : S&F rolled MS framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail, brasees etc ornamental and intricate design, including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting to be prepared for hanging and also fastening conforming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
