Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths for crash barrier, parapets and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of pick work , jumper work , blasting work ( Both in soft and hard rock ) with chiselling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 1600 and 300 and sorting out usefu/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of useful stones to the tune of 2476.00 cubic metre quantity two thousand four hundred seventy six ) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre amounting to Rupees 742800.00/- only shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiselling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out, Construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milli metre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand: twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification section 800 and 1200 including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete M-10 Grade nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size ) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Nominal Mix 1:4:8 ( one : cement: Four : sand: Eight : graded stone aggregate 40mm aggregate (forty millimeter nominal size) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
