Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal pumping unit as per IS 1520 with following specification:- Pump:- 1.Type :- Horizontal split casing /Multi stage 2. Discharge:- 8000 GPH 3.Head:- 70 Mtr Material of construction 1.Impeller:- Stainless steel /Bronze 2.Shaft:- SS410 3.Pump casing:- Cast Iron The pump shall confirm to IS-1520 code MOTOR :- Type :- Horizontal squirrel cage Induction Type a). Rating = Not less than 25 HP b). No of phases: 3 phase 415 V+10%,50 Hz, AC supply c). Winding:-Copper wound squirrel cage d). Type of enclosure:-SPDP/TEFC e). Method of cooling:- Air cooled with fan mounted g). Method of Starting: star delta (H) Duty S1 The pump-motor should be mounted on a common base frame fabricated out of M.S channel of suitable size and duly fitted with T- type foundation bolts /nuts and washers to make the pumping unit vibration free.The pump and motor should be coupled through suitable coupling. The coupling faces checked for both angular and axial alignment with the help of tapered gauges/feeler gauges or dial indicator. Job includes testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load at site. Note: (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer's Test Certificates in Original to be provided with the material before installation. The following test certificates of original manufacturer shall be furnished with puming equipment. 1. Performance Test Certificate 2. Laboratory Test 3. Overload Test 4. Insulation Resistance Test.
Proving and fitting of new 200A, 4-pole,415v manually operated on load change over switch reputed make fitted in sheet metal enclosure duly power painted, vermin proof with side operating handle the job includes extraction of existing one.
Providing and fitting of PVC insulated copper cable 16 sq.mm 1core LT 1.1KV (reputed make) as per IS 694 along with thimbling as per requirements.
