Provision of INSITU Glued Insulated joints of 52Kg./60Kg. for augmentation of MSDAC in track section of Ballygunge/EI under Assistant Engineer/Ballygunge.

Fabrication of INSITU glued insulated joints for 52Kg./60Kg. Rail as per RDSO Drawing No.T/5361 during day/night and conforming to the manual for glued insulated rail joints 1998 issued by Ministry of Railways, 1 RDSO/Lucknow and in accordance with the process sheet of Eastern Railway, Plant Depot/Mughalsarai at 4.11.98 with supply of all fittings and accessories such as -(a) 950mm long fish plate or as per RDSO drawing. (b) HTS Bolts & Nuts (c) Punched washers(d) Insulating Bushes (e) Insulating channels (f) 10mm thick end post (g) Araldite (h) Hardner (i) Glass cloth carrier with all materials & fixtures for cleaning and assembling excluding rail. Note : 950mm long F/plates and HTS bolts should be got inspected by RITES before supply and fixing in track.
