REPAIR/MAINTS, RECANING AND PAINTING OF VARIOUS STEEL FURNITURE ITEMS UNDER BSO SUB DIVN AT GE JHANSI

Repair of Almirah Large/ medium steel with shelf :- (a) Removing of old unserviceable handle of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new handle 125 mm long of cast iron zinc chromium plated coated of Godrej pattern with nuts and bolts complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable locks of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new steel locks of 6 levers special type with nuts and bolts including two steel keys complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) Painting of almirah large steel-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, Hammertone paint dual colour smoke grey as approved by GE complete shown on drawing and as dirrected

(d) Painting of almirah Medium steel-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, Hammertone paint dual colour smoke grey as approved by GE complete shown on drawing and as dirrected

REPAIR OF LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL

(i) Removing of old unserviceable MS hinges of locker bed side steel and S & F new MS hinges 65 mm long with gas welding /revitting complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(ii) Removing of old unserviceable legs of locker bed side steel and S & F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed.

(iii) Removing of old unserviceable handle of locker bed side steel and S & F new MS chromium plated handle 125 mm long complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(iv) Removing of old unserviceable hasp and staple of locker bed side and S & F new CP steel hasp and staple 75 mm long and fix with screw complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(v) M & L for tighting of loose shelves with mild steel revitting/spot welding complete all as directed.

(vi) Painting of locker bed side steel preparation of surface i.e filling all holes and cracks or detoriated spot of old painted steel furniture with primer, (internally/externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist grade, colour OG/smoke grey as approved by GE complete shown on drawing and as dirrected

CHAIR COMPUTER /CHAIR VISITOR

(a) Removing old/ unserviceable twin wheel castor from chair and S&F new twin wheel caster as per shape and size complete all as specified and directeds.

(b) Removing old /unserviceable seat and S & F new seat of PU foam 40 density upholstered with tapestry cloth (range not less then Rs 350/Mtr fixed on 12 mm thickcommercial ply BWP grade complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) Removing old /unserviceable back and S & F newback of PU foam 40 density upholstered with tapestry cloth (range not less then Rs 350/Mtr fixed on 12 mm thickcommercial ply BWP grade complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) Removing old/unserviceable pedestal assy and S&F new pedestal assy as per shape and size and as directed.

(e) Removing old/unserviceable hydraulic system and S&F new hydraulic system with gas pressure 300n force & 100 mm strock lenth all as per shape and size and as directed.

(f) Removing old/unserviceable arms and S&F new arms of polyurathane all as per shape and size shown on drawing and as directed.

TABLE 900X900MM STEEL

TABLE 900X900 MM STEEL (a) Removing old/unserviceable top from table and S&F new top of size 900x900 & 18 mm thick of prelaminated particle board exterior grade type -II top of teak face and white laminated on other side with 4 mm thick Ist class (teak wood) beading fixed with nails including french polishing to beading complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Painting to table 3'x3' with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS

(a) Removing of old/unserviceable seat from the steel chair and S&F new seat made of hard wood shisham duly canned with plastic cane white plastic cane 2 mm wide x 3 mm thick half round in Godrej patetrn as per shape and size of the existing steel chair as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) Removing of old/unserviceable back from the steel chair and S&F new back made of hard wood shisham duly canned with white plastic cane of 2 mm wide x 3 mm thick half round in Godrej patetrn as per shape and size of the existing steel chair as shown on drawing and as directed.

(c) Removing of old/ Unseviceable hand rest of steel chair with arms and S&F of new hand rest made of shisham hard wood shape ansd size as per shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) S&F of cap of steel chair with arms all as per shape and size as per drawing and as directed

(e) S&F of PVC shoe of steel chair with Arm all as per shape and size as per drawing & as directed.

(f) Preparation of surface i.e filling all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer ( Internally/ externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist grade, shade olive green or as approved by GE, complete all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER / CLK STEEL

(a) Removing old/ unserviceable top from table office officer steel and S&F new top of prelaminated particle board melamine face one side decorative 18 mm thick as per shape and size shown on drawing with 4 mm thick teak wood beading fixed with nails including french polishing to beading complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old/unserviceable top from table office clk steel and S&F new top of prelaminated partcle board melamine faced one side decorative 18 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing with 4 mm thick teak wood beading fixedwith nailsincluding french polishing to beading complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing old/unserviceable drawer and drawer box from table office clk/Officer steel and S&F new drawer and drawer box made of 1 mm thicksheet as per shape and size of the existing table and welding whereever required and painting of table with synthetic enamel paints olive green.

(d) Removing old/unserviceable legs from table office clk/ Officers steel and S&F new legs made of 25 mm squire pipe 1.6 mm thick as per shape and size of the exsiting table and welding where ever required and painting of table with synthetick enamel paint olive green.

(e) Removing old/unserviceable Rises handle from table office clk/ officers steel and S&F new rises handle as per shape and size shown on drawing.

(f) Removing old/unserviceable locks of table office clk/ officers steel and S&F new locks with two keys as per shape and size.

(g) Painting of Table office clk steel Preparation of suface I,e filling all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer ( Internally/ Externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist grade , shade smock grey/ olive green as approved by GE, complete all as directed by Engineer -IN-charge.

(h) Painting of Table office officer steel Preparation of suface I,e filling all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer ( Internally/ Externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist grade , shade smock grey/ olive green as approved by GE, complete all as directed by Engineer -IN-charge.

Chair Writing MAP :-

(a) Removing old/unserviceable Seat and S&F new seat of PU foam 40 density upholstery with tapestry cloth (range not less than Rs 302 per mtr)fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWP grade complete all as and as directed. shown on drawing.

(b) Removing old unserviceable back and S&F new backof PU foam 40 denesity upholstered with tapestry cloth ( range not less than Rs 302 per mtr) fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWP grade complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

( c) Removing old unserviceable arms and S&F new arms of polyurathane all as per shape and size shown on drawing and as directed.

(d) S&F rubber stoper of chair writing all as per shape and size shown on drawing.

(e) Painting the chair writing steel frame with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

(f ) M&L for wielding point up to 20 mm runing of broken all type of steel furniture with gas/electric weilding. The welded portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer to be matched with existing paint i.e white/ black/ OG complete all as specified and directed.

Chair school with hand board

(a) Removing of old unserviceable top of hand rest and S&F new top shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated melamine faced particle board both side decorative fitted with PVC edging all round ( Hinges on right hand side) screwed to 25 mm hollow pipe all as per arrangement shown in drawing and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable seat & back and S&F new seat and back shall be in one piece of PVC as per arrangement shown in drawing and complete all as shown in drawing and as directed. as directed.

( C) Painting the chair school with hand board frame with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

BED HARD STEEL MAP

(a) Removing of old UNSV prelaminated particle board of Head board and S&F new prelaminated particle board of head board shall be fitted with 18 mm thick prelaminated partical board both side decorative duly fitted with PVC edging and complete all as shown on drawing and as dirrected

(b) Removing of old unserviceable prelaminated particle board of foot board and S&F new prelaminated paricle board of foot board shall be fitted with 18 mm thick prelaminated partical board both side decorative duly fiited with pvc edging complete all as shown on drawing and as dirrected

(C) Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the bed hard and S&F new ply top 12 mm thick BWP grade fitted with steel screw complete all as specified in drawing and dirrected

(d) S&F cap all as per shape and size complete all as specified in drawing & dirrected

(d) Painting to bed hard with one coat of black synthetic enamled paint of Ist quality includings old surface complete all as specified in drawing & dirrected

CHAIR Varandah : M&L for recanning of seat & back of chair varandah steel with white plastic cane 4 mm wide and 0.5 mm thick, weighting not less than 450 gms per chair( +/-5%)( Plastic cane shall be of Make : Premier OR equivalent) with and including 04 Nos hard rubber shoe shall also be provided to the legs of chair and painting the steel chair verandah frame with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint of Ist Quality complete all as specified in drawing & dirrected

TEAPOY VARANDAH MAP: (a) Taking down existing unserviceable top from teapoy varandah & and S&F new top of tapestry shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side decorative fitted with PVC edging all around fixed to frame all as shown in drawing and as dirrected

(b) S&F cap all as per shape and size shown on drawing & as dirrected

(C) Painting to teapoy varandah with one coat of white synthetic enamelled paint of Ist quality includings preparation of old surface complete all as specified and dirrected

TABLE Dining Ors : (a) Material & labour for replacment top with new top made out of 18 mm thick commercial particle board with 22 guage thick aluminium sheet with 2" over laping with steel screw complete all as specified and as directed

(b) Material & labour for replacment of worn outframe with new MS square 25 mm, 16 guageincludings stiffner where ever required comple all as specified and as dirrected

(c ) Material & labour for painting steel frame of table with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as dirrected

Table 3'x2' with drawer steel

(a) Removing old unserviceable top from table and S&F new top of size 900x600 & 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade type -II melemine face as per IS-3087, top of teak face and white laminated on other side with 4 mm thick Ist class hard wood(teak wood) beading fixed with nails includings french polishings to beading complete all as specified and dirrected

(b) Removing of old broken Unserviceable drawer from table and S&F new drawer as per sample , shape and size shown on drawing comple all as specified and directed

(c ) S&F PVC shoe all as per shape and size shown on drawing and as dirrected all as specified and as directed

(d) Painting to table 3'x2' with drawer steel one coat of synthetic enamel paint of Ist Quality includings preparation of old surfce complete all as specified and directed

FORM WITH OUT BACK

(a) Taking down existing unserviceable seat from form without back and S&F new seat of the size 1525x255x25 mm thick shisham plank fitted with nut & bolt with washer complete all as specified and directed

(b) Painting to form without back with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed

TEAPOY VARANDAH

(a) Taking down existing unserviceable top from teapoy varandah and S&F new top of teapoy shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated partical board both side decorative fitted with PVC edging all around fixed with frame all as per shown on drawing and as directed

(b) S&F cap all as per shape and size shown on drawing & as dirrected

(c ) Painting to teapoy varandah with one coat of white synthetic enamell paint of Ist Quality includings preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed

(a) Removing the old brocken/ unserviceable top and S&F new top made from prelaminated partical board extrier grade as per sample shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed

(b) Removing the old brocken /unserviceable side from table bed side map and S&F new side made from prelaminated partical board extrier grade as per sample shape and size shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

(c ) Removing the old brocken /unserviceable back ply and S&F new back ply made from 12 mm thick commercial ply wood BWP grade as per shape and size shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

(d) Removing the old brocken /unserviceable shutter and S&F new shutter with magnetic catcher made from prelaminated partical board extrier grade all as per sample shape and size shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

(e ) Removing the old brocken/unserviceable drawer and S&F new drawer with telescopic chanel made from prelaminated partical board extrier grade all as per sample shape and size shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

(f) S&F PVC shoe all as per shape and size shown on drawing & as dirrected

(g) Removing the old unserviceable handle and S&F new handle all as per sample , shape and size shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

(h) Painting to table bed side with one coat of black synthetic enameled paint of Ist Quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed
