M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and Applying evenly a priming/tack with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm of using VG-10 grad bituman, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed Semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness @ 5.50 % binder (paving bitumen grade 30(VG-30) content by weight of total mix in mechanical and hot mix plant and pre mixed materials laid with Sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and with 8-12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) completed all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), 25 mm thick complete as in leveling course, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath parks lawns drive ways or light trafic parking etc. or required strength thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory methode using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over mould laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per requirement size and pattern finishing and sweeping exta sand including dismantling of existing old paver block, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including of old MS board, complete all as specified and directed. . Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in Repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including dismantling/ demolition of existing kerb stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for marking strips, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 1.5 mm thick nexc 10 cm wide with hot applied tharmoplastic road marking paint by using automatic mechanical road painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on ,substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc., complete all as drawing, specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, complete including all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 Micron HDPE sheet with maximum standard width available and as approved by GE without joints, laid over sand layer including all necessary cuting, overlaps not less thatn 300mm and wastage, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia quality conforming to Fe-410-S or F-410-0 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective regulatory sing board of size of 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Letter, symbols, boarders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the igh intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be reveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4mm, 4mm long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applide thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturesers instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggr as in foundation filling and mass concrete use as haunching/ binching for culvert hume pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in eight, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismi cnd other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in eight, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, complete all as specified and directed.
