Supply & Delivery of 11 KV,630 A, short-circuit capacity of 26.3 KA for 1 sec, 3-panel HT Gear (1 incomer + 2 Outgoing) with VCBs as per Specification below : BIL-28KV/75KV [Make: Siemens/ Schneider/ABB/CGL / L&T / KIRLOSKAR] The Vacuum Circuit Breaker should comply as per IS:13118 & IEC:62271-100 for Circuit Breaker & IS:3427 & IEC:62271-200/IEC 694, IEC-61850 for Indoor panel. The HT panel is rated at 11 KV, 3-Phase 630A, Breaking Current/short-circuit capacity of 26.3kA for 1 sec, 50c/s and shall be of floor-mounting, sheet steel clad, freestanding metal enclosed air insulated switchgear cubicle with VCB inside. The Vacuum Circuit Breaker [Make- SIEMENS / ABB/ Crompton Greaves /schneider] is horizantal isolation & horizantal drawout/Vertical isolation & horizontal drawout with 3 compartments and is made of 2mm CRCA sheet for load bearing members with vermin & moisture proof along with automatic shutter arrangement for complete isolation of bars, cable sockets & other liveparts etc. when the removable portion is withdrawn. INTERLOCK The circuit breaker can be operated only in service/test position and not in any intermediate position, beside fully isolated condition.The circuit breaker cannot be inserted into service position in closed condition and cannot be removed from service unless it is in open condition. The circuit breaker cannot be moved from test position to service position unless auxiliary plug is disengaged and vise virsa in service position auxiliary plug should be in engaged condition.If earth switch is provided it shall be mechanically interlocked with the breaker so that both the devices can not be 'ON' simultaneously. TESTING The fully assembled switch board shall be offered for routine testing as per provision of IS 3427. The manufacturer should submit closing & tripping time curve after testing on a breaker analyzer. Packing list iv. Bill of landing & Bill of Entry certificate by customs d. Transformer manufacturer should have in-house core cutting facilities for proper control & monitoring of quality & to avoid mixing of Prime core with Second grade /defective core materials. Transformer Manufacturer should have in-house slitting Machine so that core is cut to width & stacked with minimum air gap thus ensuring Burr level less than 10Microns. e. Core shall be procured from one of these reputed Manufacturers – Posco / Nippon/ Novex/ Ak Steels. f. The insulation structure for the core to bolts and core to clamp plates shall be such as to withstand a voltage of 2000V for one minute.
Tank: Tank should be of corrugated wall construction type. The exterior of tank and other steel surfaces exposed to the weather shall be thoroughly cleaned and have a priming coat of zinc chromate applied. The second coat shall be of an oil and weather-resistant nature, preferably of distinct colour from the prime and finish coats. The final coat shall be of a flossy, oil and weather resisting non-fading paint of specified shade. The interior of the tank shall be cleaned by shot blasting and painting with two coats of heat resistant and oil insoluble paint.
Winding: a) Winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper, insulated with thermally upgraded paper (Insulation Class A / Conductor Turn Insulation-Class E). The HV & LV winding should be able withstand thermal and mechanical stress in the event of short circuit. b) Winding shall be carried in dust free area c) The completed core and coil assembly shall be dried in vacuum and shall be immediately impregnated with oil after the drying process to ensure elimination of air and moisture within the insulation.
Oil type: TransformerTransformer oil shall be as per IS-335:1993. It shall be ‘’PCB free and polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons free mineral oil’’. The material safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the Transformer oil shall be submitted by the bidder along with the offer. Oil Preservation System (Breathing type): Oil preservation shall be achieved by means of nitrogen cushion to be provided towards top inside the tank without any conservator.
Temperature Indicator: One set of winding temperature indicators with necessary current transformer, heating coil and a detector element and one set of oil temperature indicator with maximum reading pointer shall be mounted locally so as to be readable at a standing height from ground level. Each of the above indicators shall be provided with necessary contacts for alarm and trip.
Installation & commissioning of 11 KV/ 415 volt, 800 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming & outgoing switches and bus bars with all inter connections in between the switches & bus bars with solid copper rod / flexible wire of suitable capacity. The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure. Acoustic Enclosure The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms. Base Frame Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook. Terms & Conditions (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.
(iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of 150 mm dia MS black class B pipe welded incl. all necessary bend supports and clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 250 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

a. Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.
b. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
c. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
d. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
