Development and maintenance of lawns, gardens and plantation area as per the detailed scope of work given below. Scope of work a)Total area of the premises is to be maintained daily. b)Planting grass and plants in new area by digging, excavating and levelling ground, making pits, refilling with good soil and manure, looking after plants and grass by digging time to time, cleaning the weeds, manuring, spraying pesticides, watering etc as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge and keeping the area clean from foreign materials. c)Planting hedges, saplings and seedlings of seasonal flowering plants etc and maintaining the same. Notes i)All tools, plants, hosepipes etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of tools & Consumables @ 2.0% are included in the cost for the item. ii)Water will be made available at some points by the department and the contractor will use the water by using hose pipes which will be procured by the contractor. iii)Collection of doob grass is contractors responsibility from the sorrounding areas. iv)In the analysis the unskilled and semiskilled labour has been taken as 08 nos. and 01 no. per day respectively.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supply of Good quality fertilizers and pesticides as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
