Repair to sunken flooring, plumbing with connected items to OTM accn in AOR of AGE B/R-II of GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunkan slab or as in sub base, mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering over concrete surface of sunken floor in CM 1:3 on wall as well as sunken floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC complete all as specified and directed.(WPC measured and paid separetely)

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken floor including wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.6 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be not to be less than 150mm of polymeric membranes and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) All CI/PVC traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3(min 15 cm) all round.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even including WPC,preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk white primer on walls complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

M&L for Preparing old surfaces plastered or unplastered of walls, cornices, pillars etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls including corneces, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper, complete all as specified and directed.
