PROVN OF SECURITY SERVICES TO LOGISTIC INSTALLATIONS MES OFFICE COMPLEX STORE YARD E/M INSTALLATION UNDER GE AMRITSAR

Provn of security services to logistic installations, HQ CWE Amritsar and GE Amritsar office complex, store yards at Amritsar. The service will include the following:- (a) Deployment of security men minimun 10th pass in shifts of 8 hour each per day as specified , for the security service to the following :- (i) Independent office complexes , HQ CWE Amritsar - 01 No in each shift (03 Shifts per day) = Total 03 Nos (ii) Independent office complexes of GE ASR - 01 No in each shift (03 Shifts per day) = Total 03 Nos (iii) Store yards Old cantt Amritsar - 03 Nos in each shift ( 03 shifts per day) = 09 Nos (b) The contractor /security agency shall provide all the tools and plants require like torch, cells, batteries, shoes, mobiles with activated SIM whistles, sticks, umbrellas/rain coats and other necessary equipments etc (c) The contractor /security agency shall provide standard and similar uniform required to be worn by the employed personnel. (d) The contractor/security agency shall provide insurance cover to the staff employed by him and the department will not be responsible for any damages/accident to the employed personnel. (e) The contractor shall provide leave vacancy staff without any extra cost. (f) The contractor shall ensure proper handing / taking over between employed personnel at the time of change of shift. (g) Contractor shall ensure the police verification is carried out for the security personnel deployed by him. (h) The Security personal to be deployed by the contractor shall be registered with the registered liscensed security agency. (k) The contractor will get the prior approval of duty roster of the month from officer in charge in the division (l) The Security personel will report to office in charge at the time of joining and leaving the duty. (m) The secuiry men employed under the contract should be trained to handle any emergency situation happned while they were alone guarding the MES offices as mentioned above. Engineer-in-charge/GE will ensure this aspect while recommending the names of security men to AO. (n) The contractor will provide cloth face mask @ 2 Mask/person/Month, Hand gloves @ 2 Hand Gloves/person/Month and Hand sanitizer @100 ml/person/month. (o) The age of persons providing services should be between 19 years to 60 years. Note:- Total Nos of Security staff to be deployed 15 Nos.
