Dismantling of 100 KVA transformer from its installed position by way of disconnecting of the electric transformer from input and output power connections, lifting of electric transformer from its installed position by using manual labour, crane and then shifting to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Replacement/repair of damaged parts and rewinding to 100 KVA transformer installed at Lift irrigation station Seelam by way of dismantling of the transformer at workshop and extracting out the damaged coils, LT bushes, HT bushes, HT bush rods, LT bush rods and gasket. Strengthening of the cooling fins of transformer by welding damaged and leaking portions. Rewinding of three number HT legs coils with standard gauge wire with proper insulation & taping. Reconditioning of three no’s LT leg coils using quality insulation material. Replacing the flashed core material. Heating to repaired transformer in oven to get required meager value. Properly cleaning the oil tank with scrubbers to remove all carbon deposits. Lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer. Providing and fitting of LT bush, HT bush, LT bush rods and HT bush rod sets, new insulator, and sundry items. Refitting of the top cover of transformer by providing and fitting of new gasket sheet. Providing/ filling of 120 liters of fresh transformer oil in oil tank. Testing the continuity of each phase and secure all connection. Shifting back after carrying out repaired transformer to site. Complete job includes cost of material, installation charges and skilled labour charges, loading and un-loading of transformer at Lift irrigation station Seelam and workshop, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), testing on no load/ full load , tools & tackles, hire charges of crane. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including rebate on old parts as per site conditions. Any modifications/alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be done as per actual site conditions
