Supply & fixing of colour coated GALAXY 1015/JSW/equivalent make profile sheet of nom.1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28.5 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 202 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.47 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy(55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc & 1.6% Silicon) Galvalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Regular modified quality paint coat . The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 25 μm, comprising of nominal 18-20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5-6 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by concern authority. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every 1 meter c/c for confirming genuinity of the material. Note:All the accessories like flashing / capping shall be made from the same material (or manufacturer’s recommendation) which is used for main roofing & cladding applications all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Runners to be placed at a C/C distance of not less than 23 cm. Preparation and submission of detailed structural design along with all design calculations and issue of "Good for construction drawings" in 04 sets with vetting from Government Engineering College as per relevant and latest BIS for RCC members, structural steel memebers involved in this work, all complete as per the directions of EIC.
