Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury. Seat to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 4.00 mm, colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/ LLDPE caps for user safety.
