Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in sandy soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 mtr but not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 ton power roller including filling in soft spots , hollows and depressions etc which occurs during rolling to required level gradient and camber etc including watering as necessary during rolling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base (GSB) with kankar or laterite of grading-I (90 to 40 mm size) spread in layers and camber requirement at both 09 and 27 end including rolling with 08 to 12 ton power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (Compacted thickness in two layers 75 mm thick each layer) including rolling and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using 7.50 kg / 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified.and as directed

M&L for premixed hot mix dense graded bituminous macadam (DBM) base course using 4% binder (VG-30 grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix,50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with minimum marshal stability 900 kg including rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber as a grade correction layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using 2.50 Kg / 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified.and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using 5.0 kg / 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified.and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphalt Dense Concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG - 30 grade any penetration) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 ton power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE :- The amount of Schedule of Credit ie Rs 39,69,000/- considered in Ser Page No 20 of Tender Documents and shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ. Amended Contract Sum shall be arrived accordingly.
