Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder should be manufacturer of the tendered material and should have minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing of the tendered material as on last date of bid submission

Others -- valid manufacturing registration certificate

The bidder should have supplied the tendered material at least 80% tendered quantity in any one of previous 3 years ie 2020-21,2021-22 & 2022-23. However it is 40% for Micro & Small Enterprises in any one of previous 2 years ie 2021-22 & 2022-23

Others -- Order completion certificate

The tendered material supplied by the bidder should have satisfactory performance for min period of 1 year as on last date of bid submission

Others -- satisfactory performance

The Bidder should upload Valid Type Test Certificate as per relevant IS & CEA Guidelines

Others -- Type test report CPRI/ERDA or any Govt Testing lab/agency

There should not be deviation in Technical specifications beyond permissible limits as per IS

Others -- Filled in GTP for 200A GOS and comply Bill of material to be uploaded

The bidder should not have been blacklisted, or debarred from participating in tenders from any Govt dept.

Financial Status

The bidder should have Average annual Turn-over not less than 100% of APT in previous 3 Financial Years I e 2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24. However it is 50% of APT for Micro & Small Enterprises in previous 2 Financial years 2022-23 & 2023-24

The bidder should have credit facility not less than 25% of Amount put to tender
